COVID-19 At-Risk individual EVALUATION

The analysis of the worker chronic disease is made by Dr Phaneuf. Takes into account all the risk factors from INRS, chronic disease specialists, recommendations from associations and studies around the world.

Assessment takes place within 24 hours.

Procedure :

1. Send an Email : form@securimed.ca (Name of the worker and phone number + indicate vulnerable person)
2. The medical department contacts your worker on the same day or the doctor if necessary.
3. A transmission of the report sent via your email.
